Refund and Returns Policy for Linkrapic

At Linkrapic, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@linkrapic.com or call (715) 468-7955. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs at no additional charge to you. To facilitate the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund or return, including:

• Custom orders after production has started.
• Digital products or services once delivered.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged for returned items that are not defective or damaged. This will be deducted from your refund.
